Hi chrisf -
First make sure that you have the focal length entered on the first screen. On the third screen that has the bellows factor enter you bellows length. That's what I always use & I find it the easiest to use.
The easiest way to do this is to measure the distance from the lens board to the ground glass. Also make sure you check off the correct units you are measuring, otherwise you will get some strange results.
You might check your exposure with and without bellows correction. It's quite interesting to see how much a difference in exposure there is.
