I have started trying to use the matcher feature. I think I must be missing something that will make this feature usefull for me. I can load a film curve and a paper curve and create a match. I can't see any way of adjusting whether this match is based on the highlights or the shadows. I seems that all matches start with Zone II(2) matching and then allow the other values to fall where ever. I normally print for the highlights and would rather see my zone VIII(8) values matched and see how much is clipped. Or have a setting that lets me match any two points and see where the others will fall. Is there a way to do this? Is there a way to see the effect of print and negative exposure on the match? |
